Battery Health depends on so many factors e.g. What you use the system for, How you care for the Laptop etc. so it's hard to give a specific time. But we guarantee a minimum of 2 hours on all systems. Most times, it well exceeds that, reaching 4-5 hours but if you ever get a system that doesn't last up to 2 hours, you're eligible for a replacement, at no extra cost to you.
YES. YES. YES. This is one of our best questions to answer. All laptops you buy from us come with Charger, free of charge. (Pun unintended).
No we don't. It's not in line with Company Policy. However if you're having a lot of reservations, you can come over to the Office, take a look for yourself, confirm everything is okay, before making the purchase.
Yes, we offer a whole 3 months (12 weeks) Warranty on our Laptops. We'll take care of any fault you come across, at no extra costs. Either a Replacement, or something to be fixed, worry not, we'll take care of it.

You'll be given a code with which you can track the order. This only applies to orders outside Lagos.

Yes you can cancel or change as long as it hasn't been shipped out. If it has, you'll have to cover the extra delivery costs that come with returning it.
